Breakfast exceeded my expectations, featuring a delicious variety including croissants, mini mozzarella, and ham. The two staff members at breakfast were accommodating and friendly, especially with my young child. I appreciated the included mini fridge for storing snacks. However, I faced challenges with the stairs. navigating them with luggage and a stroller was tough. Additionally, air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which was uncomfortable during warmer days. It would help if the hotel offered ramps for easier access, especially for families. In future visits, I hope improvements are made regarding air conditioning and access.

My stay in the Single Room was fine, but the high balcony wall was a bummer—I couldn't see much. The bed was comfy and the pillows were just right. I loved how clean everything was, and the pressure in the shower was excellent. However, I had to manage some stairs with my luggage, which wasn't ideal. The staff were very friendly, especially Marco at reception. Just a solid choice for the price, even if the balcony could’ve been better for the views.
