Simple but clean and convenient room, spacious enough for a family. Kind and helpfull staff. Its the only hotel in the city centre with a free private parking, which is a big advantage if you are travelling by car, since parking in florence is very expensive. You can walk to the city centre (about 15 minutes to the duomo). Good relation price-quality for an expensive city as florence.
Breakfast could be improved. Machine coffee is unacceptable for italy! Thanks to luigi we had a good cappuccino once.
Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable size room. Close to railway station.
A little way out of town for walking to the main attractions. Located on a fairly busy road although windows kept a lot of noise out. We had 2 school trips staying during our visit, one group was noisy in to the early hours of the morning.
There is a private carpark in the hotel. As we rented a car, this was very useful as it felt safe, and saved us 24euros for overnight parking.Location is reasonable walkable from SMN station.
The staff service was not so great during our stay, we felt like we were imposing. There was a misunderstanding on the hotel rates during check out, but the hotel promptly offered to refund us the difference after we left the country, which was great.
The hotel has it's own parking lot, which is a big plus in Florence. We left the car there and walked everywhere from the hotel. All the most important things, like Duomo, are within walking distance. If you walk too far you can always take a cab back for about 10 euros. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The staff was very nice too.
Bathroom was good lots of clean towels daily and breakfast was good very quiet.
Room was shabby, television was useless
Everyting was absolutly fine, Internet was working in rooms.
the staff at hotel very helpful with postage stamps posting our mail, booking a tour to pisa and very pleasant
The staff, especially Marco from reception were very helpful. The breakfast is good, not great but good. One day the internet was not working and they let us use the reception private computer to accomodate our needs. Overall is clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Parking and internet with no extra charge.
Eventhough it is close to the cental station is towards the side that is further away from the city center which adds 10 minutes to the walk downtown. No problem for us, but if you have mobility problems or don't like to walk so much it may be something to consider. No complaints at all.
It is close to the city center. Also, it offers some parking place - this is a rarity in this town.
It is on a 3-lane road, and room might be noisy. For some reason, we could not connect to the internet in our room. Luckily, there was a desktop pc in the lobby.
Good hotel, close to the railway station and center of the city, not very big, but good breakfast, clean rooms, quiet.
Hotel placed very close to downtown. Acceptable price. Own free car parking. Poor breakfast even for 3 stars hotel.
Poor breakfast even for 3 stars hotel.
The breakfast vas very poor, we booked this hotel because they offer free parking but it vas full,so we had to live our car outside.
1. The PM shift manager was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make our experience a pleasurable experience. 2. The hotel parking area is secured behind a high wall fence and electronically controlled.
The continental breakfast was a little skimpy. The coffee machine produced some of the worst coffee I have ever had in all my many travels to Europe. Replace it immediately and take the other one to the shooting range and use it as a target.
Breakfast facilities were stark and very cramped, the lady in charge was often rude to guests unlike the rest of the staff who were very friendly
The private parking in the hotel court, free of charge. The not so boring walking distance to the centre (15min). The bathroom is elegant and the rooms are well renovated.
Breakfast is poor. The bed is good, but incredibly too short (probably 1m80). The employees are kind, but a bit cold.
